“I was impressed with the fact that attorney Zigismund was so responsive to all my emails. I don’t think I waited more than a day for him to reply to me all the time he was working on my case. I also loved the fact that he never said what I wanted couldn’t be done but was willing to try. “Attorney Hanna Shoshany is an amazing lawyer. I reside in the state of Georgia but Attorney Hanna made me feel as if I was right by her side as she was dealing with my case. The situation occurred in NY and it pertained to my 17 year old son and a criminal charge I highly disagreed with. After calling other attorneys late that evening, she was the only person that made me feel like she was ready to work on this immediately regardless of the time. When I decided to continue with her, she immediately began working on my case and resolved the issue that very next morning, allowing my son to be on a flight home that afternoon. Had I not contacted her, I feel like my child would have been at that jail longer despite the charge, leaving with a damaged background and possibly more. Attorney Hanna did everything in her power to make sure when she left the courtroom, my son left with her. I applaud her work ethics, she did everything from making late calls (until midnight) to negotiating bail bonds and charges. “A few months ago I was charged with assault. Robert was the first attorney that I contacted. When we spoke over the phone, he listened to what I had to say, and explained what was happening in a very comforting and supportive manner. I felt that I could trust him, so I hired him on the spot.
At the arraignment, I was presented with four charges, the worse one being a felony which is punishable with prison time. He was able to drop the bail down to $1,000 from $7,500, and I went home that evening.
I met with Robert a few days later. He told me that this was a very serious matter, but not to worry because everything was under control. He scheduled a meeting with the DA so that I could tell her my side of the story. In the end, Robert was able to drop the felony charge all the way down to a violation (which is not a crime). All throughout the process Robert was the epitome of a professional. He’s knowledgeable, understanding, confident, but realistic about the situation. In addition, he invariably texted me back and kept me updated.
If you or a loved one are going through an unfortunate situation, I highly recommend that you hire Robert. I was very close to going to jail and having a criminal record for something that I didn’t do. Fortunately, I had Robert on my side.
